I was hopeful to get in to medicine, now I'm wanting to stay hopeful IN medicine. This is one of the ways I do that.

food for thought
This afternoon I came across a factor that may limit my residency options considerably...the smell of the ocean. I'm not sure I can leave it again, even just for 2 years.
